Understanding your why…
Taking the necessary time to reflect and think through why you feel, behave, and think
the way you do will help you to better focus and prioritize the necessary areas of your life.
Ask yourself:
1) Why am I doing “this” and who is “this” for? Understanding the why behind your priorities will help you to keep things in perspective.
2) Does “this” help or hurt me? In essence, does “this” add value to you given the return of investment of your time, peace, or energy. If the return is minimal or brings more (-) than (+), it’s worth pushing down on the priority list.
