Welcome! and thank you, humbly, for stopping by.
With you in mind, I hope to: encourage digging deeper for personal meaning, motivation, and self-understanding; serve as a culture change catalyst to empower you on your own journey; and inspire you to evolve as you identify and (re)connect with purpose (your why).
Leveraging the art of storytelling and poetry, I hope to encourage courageous behaviors and the practice of active mindfulness as, together, we reimagine effective communication — it is the beauty of art & science that makes communication complex, yet alluring.
Below you will find a few thoughts along with an introduction to my recently published book and featured content. Should it resonate, please stay for a while and browse through the site. Feel free to reach out via the link below, subscribe, and, more importantly, let’s stay connected.

Dare? to be Free
Communicate.

singling out the rivers that run through it. It’s divine.
But the silence is deafening.
Can you hear the movement of the bristles or the wind?
Rhythmic whims and forest trims,
a deceptive charm where the only goal is to win.
